Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Telecaller to support patient engagement and coordinate healthcare services. The role involves communicating with patients, scheduling appointments, providing information about healthcare programs and services, following up on patient inquiries, and ensuring a positive patient experience while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact patients to schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services, consultations, and patient support.
- Provide accurate information about medical services, health programs, and treatment plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, treatment adherence, and feedback.
- Maintain and update patient records in the hospital/clinic management system.
- Address patient queries professionally and escalate clinical concerns to the appropriate healthcare team.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient care processes.
- Ensure compliance with patient privacy and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, patient coordination, healthcare customer service, or hospital administration.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages is an advantage.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
