Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to operate and maintain the MASA Block Making Machine. The candidate will be responsible for smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring proper machine functioning with minimal downtime.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the MASA block making machine efficiently.
- Set up machine parameters as per production requirements.
- Ensure production of concrete blocks as per required size, quality, and specifications.
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for major repairs and servicing.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.
- Ensure proper raw material feeding and monitor material quality.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
- Minimize machine downtime and avoid production delays.
- Assist in loading/unloading of moulds and changing mould setups when required.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience operating MASA block making machine.
- Good knowledge of concrete block production process.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and understand production drawings/specifications.
- Knowledge of safety procedures in manufacturing environment.
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts if required.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
