Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Video Editor to lead the post-production process and create high-quality, engaging visual content. The ideal candidate has strong storytelling abilities, advanced editing skills, and experience managing multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, compelling videos for digital platforms, advertisements, social media, marketing campaigns, and branded content.
- Lead the post-production workflow from concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with creative teams, producers, directors, and marketing teams to develop visual storytelling strategies.
- Create and integrate motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and visual effects.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, style, and quality across all video content.
- Review and provide feedback to junior video editors and creative team members.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Organize and maintain video assets and project files.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in animation and visual effects.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, After effect, or other advanced editing tools.
- Understanding of social media content trends and audience engagement strategies.
- Leadership and mentoring experience.
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics.
- Experience with storytelling and content optimization for multiple platforms.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
