- On-Site Supervision: Oversee all civil construction activities, including excavation, RCC work, masonry, and finishing.
- Labor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and manage on-site labor to ensure maximum productivity and adherence to schedules.
- Quality Control: Inspect work daily to ensure it meets technical specifications and quality standards.
- Material Management: Track material deliveries, check quality upon arrival, and monitor consumption to minimize wastage.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety protocols (HSE) on-site to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), labor attendance, and site logs.
Liaison: Act as the primary point of communication between the site office and the project manager/engineers.
