Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our business across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, JioMart, and other e-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listings, sales growth, inventory management, promotions, and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, JioMart, etc.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Monitor sales, orders, inventory, pricing, and product performance.
- Manage promotions, discounts, deals, and marketplace campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketplace seller support teams to resolve account and listing issues.
- Monitor account health, policy compliance, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
- Analyze marketplace performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, visibility, and profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch, pricing, and product availability.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and new features.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred.
- Experience with Flipkart, Myntra, JioMart, or other marketplaces will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of product listing, catalog management, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Education
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Experience
- E-commerce/Marketplace Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Amazon Seller Central: 1 year (Preferred)
- Total Work Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
