We are looking for a proactive candidate to handle client support, ERP implementation, and basic testing coordination. This is an all-in-one role offering strong exposure to business processes and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities Client Support & Implementation
- Handle client support remotely via calls, WhatsApp, and remote access
- Understand client issues and provide quick resolutions
- Assist in ERP implementation, onboarding, and training
- Provide on-site support when required
- Ensure smooth functioning of modules like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounts
Basic Testing & Bug Coordination
- Perform basic manual testing of new features before client rollout
- Identify and report bugs/issues to developers
- Help in verifying fixes after updates
- Ensure system is stable for client usage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra
