We are looking for a motivated and responsible Purchase Cum Field Executive to support our Purchase and Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for purchasing materials, coordinating with vendors, collecting quotations, following up on deliveries, and handling field-related activities.
Freshers with good communication skills, willingness to learn, and readiness for field travel are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for required materials.
- Collect quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare purchase-related documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), quotation comparisons, and material requirement details.
- Follow up with vendors for order confirmation and timely material delivery.
- Visit vendors, suppliers, markets, and project sites as required.
- Coordinate material collection, transportation, and delivery to project sites.
- Verify purchased materials, quantities, bills, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of purchases, vendor details, quotations, and invoices.
- Coordinate with the Project, Site, Store, and Accounts teams for material requirements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors.
- Support management with regular updates on purchase status and pending materials.
- Perform other purchase, administrative, and field-related duties assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of purchase and procurement activities will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly for vendor visits, material collection, and site requirements.
- Own bike/two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary: As per Company Standards and Candidate Experience
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
