We're Hiring: Video Content Creator (Field Reporter)

About the Role
We are launching an exciting new web portal and are looking for an energetic Video Content Creator who enjoys meeting people, telling stories, and creating engaging video content from the field.
If you are confident, love interacting with people, and have a passion for creating social media content, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses, events, and local communities to create engaging video content.
- Conduct short interviews with business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, and the public.
- Present information confidently on camera.
- Capture high-quality videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Create reels, shorts, and promotional videos for social media and the web portal.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing team to plan and execute shoots.
- Upload raw footage and assist with basic editing when required.
- Represent the brand professionally during field visits.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in the local language and English.
- Confident speaking to people
- Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Comfortable traveling locally for field assignments.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting, framing, lighting, and audio.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook videos.
- Experience with mobile video editing apps (CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Rush, etc.) is an added advantage.
