Job Description Summary
Support the Regional Engineering Manager, APAC, to provide strategic oversight of engineering operations across critical facilities, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, FLS, and EMS systems, with a strong focus on sustaining zero downtime environments. Drive governance and performance through structured annual and ad hoc site reviews, ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements, local regulations, and CW & AMD standards. Lead infrastructure upgrades and capital projects through effective coordination with vendors and contractors, while safeguarding service quality and regulatory adherence. Support budget planning and forecasting by prioritizing capital investments that strengthen critical systems and promote sustainable operational excellence.

Communication
- Coordinate and schedule site reviews, vendor meetings and internal audits
