Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, manage, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, and online promotions.
- Oversee branding, advertising, public relations, and corporate communication activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and coordinate with sales teams for conversion activities.
- Prepare and control marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams for marketing materials and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, vendors, and business partners.
- Organize and oversee exhibitions, events, product launches, and promotional programs.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the marketing team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and industry standards.
- Education : MBA Marketing
Experience : 5 - 7 Years
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
