We are looking for a hands-on Senior IT Support Specialist with expertise in IT infrastructure,
cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, networking, and cloud administration. The role involves
managing enterprise IT operations, endpoint security, network infrastructure, user support,
and cloud environments while ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 IT support for hardware, so ware, systems, and network issues.
Manage onboarding/onboarding, user provisioning, access control, and endpoint
management.
Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
Manage Jump Cloud, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, MFA, SSO, and Group Policies.
Configure and maintain For net firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, routing, NAT, IPS/IDS, and
network security.
Monitor and manage CrowdStrike XDR/EDR, endpoint protection, DLP, and vulnerability
remediation.
Support AWS infrastructure including EC2, VPC, IAM, Security Groups, backups, and access
management.
Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, DR plans, compliance, and audit readiness.
Coordinate with vendors/ISPs and ensure SLA-driven IT operations.

Preferred Certifications:
Fortinet NSE, Microsoft 365/Azure, AWS, CCNA/CCNP, MCSE/MCSA, CompTIA A+, CISSP, or
CEH.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Additional Requirements
Willing to work onsite and support critical incidents when required.
Ability to multitask in a lean IT team environment with strong ownership and proactive
approach.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
