SANMAT invites applications from responsible, disciplined and caring candidates for the position of Hostel Warden for our Skill Center hostel at Dumka.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day functioning of the hostel.
- Ensure discipline, safety, security and proper conduct of hostel residents.
- Maintain hostel attendance, in/out records and visitor registers.
- Monitor students’ daily routines, including reporting time, study time, meals and hostel timings.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and proper maintenance of hostel premises.
- Address students’ routine concerns and provide appropriate guidance and support.
- Coordinate with the Skill Center Management, trainers and administrative team regarding student-related matters.
- Monitor hostel facilities and report maintenance requirements to management.
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
- Handle emergencies and immediately inform management/appropriate authorities whenever required.
- Maintain proper records and submit regular reports to the Skill Center management.
- Ensure a safe, respectful and supportive environment for all trainees.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Previous experience as a Hostel Warden, Residential Warden, Student Coordinator or similar role will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in hostel/student residential facilities will be given preference.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining hostel records and reports.
- Must be responsible, disciplined, approachable and capable of handling students firmly and sensitively.
Additional Preference
Candidates who are willing to stay at the hostel premises / work in a residential environment will be preferred.
