About the Role
HopUp India is looking for an IT Support Assistant/Executive to ensure the smooth functioning of our park's IT systems. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for POS systems, computers, networking devices, and guest-facing technology while ensuring minimal operational downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot POS systems, billing terminals, printers, and barcode scanners.
- Provide technical support for arcade machines, RFID tap systems, and gaming devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
- Assist employees with software, login, and hardware-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and daily technical support logs.
- Coordinate with the senior IT team for issue escalation when required.
Eligibility
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong hardware/networking knowledge are welcome.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT Support, Hardware, or Networking.
Required Skills
- Windows OS and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Computer hardware troubleshooting
- Basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, routers, switches)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements
- Full-time, on-site role
- Rotational weekly off
- Must be available on weekends and holidays as per business requirements
