- Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, grind, and blast surfaces to remove rust, old paint, oil, and contaminants.
- Coating Application: Mix and apply primers, intermediate coats, and final industrial finishes
- Quality Control: Inspect painted surfaces to ensure proper thickness, uniform coverage, and to rectify defects like sagging or pinholes.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot compressors, spray guns, and other painting machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict OSHA and site-specific safety regulations, safely handle chemical waste, and correctly utilize Personal Protective Equipment.
High school diploma or ITI/Diploma in a relevant technical or vocational trade is preferred
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
