Job Title: Chat Support Team Leader (TL)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: IT Park, Panchkula
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Chat Support Executives.
- Monitor team KPIs (SLA, CSAT, Quality, Productivity, AHT).
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coach, mentor, and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Prepare performance reports and maintain process compliance.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Chat Support, with Team Lead experience.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of customer support metrics and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
