Job Summary
Ensuesoft is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and IT services sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with technical teams during discussions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of software development and IT services.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and lead generation tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
