- Job Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process for our product-based business. The role involves identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling tenders, excellent documentation skills, and strong knowledge of governmentKey Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of the tendering process (public and private sectors)
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Familiarity with e-tendering portals like GeM, CPPP, e Procurement, etc.
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field
· Minimum 1–4 years of experience in tendering or bid management, preferably in a product-based company
· Experience in handling government and private sector tenders
