We are looking for a creative, performance-driven, and detail-oriented Digital Growth Executive who understands today’s digital ecosystem and can contribute across content, advertising, branding, and growth strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment and wants hands-on exposure to multiple industries, campaigns, and digital growth projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize SEO/SEM activities
- Execute and monitor Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
- Manage LinkedIn marketing, outreach, and engagement activities
- Create compelling content for social media, branding, and marketing campaigns
- Assist in designing basic creatives using Canva and similar tools
- Research market trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies
- Support growth initiatives, campaign planning, and digital strategy execution
- Coordinate with the design, branding, and strategy teams for smooth project execution
- Track campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and paid advertising
- Experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Marketing
- Strong communication and content writing skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Passion for branding, digital trends, and growth-driven marketing
