Roles and responsibilities:
· Attend calls from customers & understand their requirements.
· After understanding the customer requirement, give them a solution.
· If a solution is not sufficient through a phone call, send a query to the Hardware Or Software Guy.
· Also if the customer query is about courier status then let them know & also inform the dispatch team.
· Coordination with respective departments depends on customer query.
· Handle calls on IVR System.
· Make sure about customer satisfaction.
· Quick response to customer
· Making report as suggested from Senior.
· Basic greetings skill on the phone.
· Other tasks as assigned.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
