Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through B2B, B2C, and corporate travel sales
- Manage and convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and corporate accounts
- Design customized travel packages including tours, cruises, luxury holidays, visa services, and group travel
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel itineraries
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Upsell additional travel products and services
- Coordinate with operations, suppliers, and service providers for seamless booking execution
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in travel sales or tourism industry is a MUST
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of:
- International travel packages
- Corporate travel
- Visa services
- Cruises / luxury travel
- Flight and hotel bookings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- CRM and travel software proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong customer relationship management skills
