Job Description:
We are looking for a Vendor Management Intern to assist in managing vendor relationships and supporting procurement and coordination activities. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in vendor communication, documentation, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new vendors.
- Maintain and update vendor databases and records.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, deliveries, and requirements.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely execution of tasks and services.
- Support procurement and purchase-related activities.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and vendor agreements as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address vendor-related queries and issues.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
