Role and Responsibilities : 1. Work as deputy to the Project Manager. 2. Execution and implementation of processes as per the Client KPI parameters and business requirements. 3. Managing the DEO and Supervisors Team on day to day basis. 4. Coordination with Vendors and other Services Providers related to the daily work activities for smooth execution. 5. Daily work planning as per the Client's objectives for the production line plan. 6. Monitoring proper and accurate data entry and stock reconciliation on daily basis for transactions. 7. Overall coordination between Warehouse Team, Client's Team and Vendors for timely and smooth operations. 8. Conducting periodic process reviews and work activities improvement training within team mates.
