Job Summary:
We are hiring a Backend Executive – Loans Login to manage loan application processing, documentation, and coordination with banks/NBFCs. The role involves ensuring accurate login of loan files, maintaining MIS, and supporting the sales team with backend operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end loan file login process
- Verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements, etc.)
- Login loan applications into bank/NBFC portals
- Maintain daily MIS, login tracker, and reports
- Coordinate with sales team for pending/missing documents
- Follow up with banks/NBFCs for login status and approvals
- Ensure documentation is complete as per lender guidelines
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and TAT for file processing
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth case processing
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of loan products (PL, HL, LAP, BL, etc.)
- MS Excel (Basic to Intermediate)
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Qualification:
Experience:
- 6 months – 2 years in Loans Backend / Login process
- Freshers with good knowledge can also apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
