- Ensure timely collections as per agreed credit terms.
- Maintain healthy DSO through coordination with finance and operations.

- Ensure zero or minimal client churn.
- Manage escalations and maintain positive client satisfaction scores.

- Reduce site-level attrition of billable employees.
- Improve workforce stability and customer satisfaction.

- Lead successful technology rollouts (e.g., Field IQ) at site and regional levels.

- Drive timely closure of helpdesk tickets.
- Ensure strong quality audit and compliance scores.
