Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to lead travel planning, manage key clients, mentor junior consultants, and deliver exceptional end-to-end travel experiences. The ideal candidate will have deep destination knowledge, strong supplier relationships, and a client-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, curate, and sell customized domestic and international travel packages
- Handle high-value leisure, corporate, group, and luxury travel clients
- Lead itinerary planning including flights, hotels, visas, transfers, sightseeing & add-on services
- Act as the primary point of contact for premium and repeat clients
- Negotiate with suppliers (hotels, DMCs, airlines, vendors) for best pricing and value
- Guide and mentor junior travel consultants and sales executives
- Ensure seamless pre-travel, on-travel, and post-travel support
- Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, visa rules, and airline policies
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle escalations, complaints, and special client requirements professionally
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of proven experience in travel sales / travel consulting
- Strong expertise in India and international destinations
- Excellent itinerary-building and cost-calculation skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities
- Hands-on experience with GDS / CRM / travel booking systems (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently
- Leadership qualities with a solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- Experience in handling corporate travel and MICE is a plus
- Exposure to luxury, honeymoon, or experiential travel segments

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
