About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Cold Calling Executive to generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base by introducing IT and digital solutions to global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients across international markets
- Introduce company services such as Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Software Solutions
- Identify client needs and generate qualified leads
- Set appointments and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Build initial rapport and maintain professional communication with clients
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (clear and confident speaking)
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle cold outreach and rejection professionally
- Basic knowledge of IT services and digital marketing (preferred)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Comfortable working in target-driven and fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation
- Exposure to international sales or BPO processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
