Role : Business Development Executive
Location: Veppamoodu, Nagercoil (On-site, Work from Office)
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong fundamentals can also apply)

Role Objective
Build and manage partnerships with colleges by promoting Karka’s seminars, workshops, and value-added programs. Strengthen relationships with principals, placement officers, HODs, and faculty to drive institutional collaborations and MOUs. Generate student leads through campus initiatives and ensure their effective nurturing and conversion through the CRM.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visit colleges and pitch our product and services like seminars, value added courses, workshops, hackathon, FDPs.
2. Maintain active relationship with Principals, Placement officer, HODs and other faculties of the colleges
3. Responsible for signing MOUs with educational institution and other forums
4. Represent Karka in educational events, Symposium, Conferences, Job fairs, Hackathons and other networking forums.
5. Setup and maintain Student Community across the institutions where MoU is signed.
6. Responsible for generating student leads from above said programs and add those leads to the CRM
7. Design, Print and Distribute certificates to students who participate in seminars, workshops etc.
8. Ensure the leads added to CRM are nurtured by the sales and CRO team for conversion
9. Responsible for various public promotional and advertisement activities like physical advertisements, Billboards, pamphlet distribution to students, standees, posters, brochures, etc.
Compensation
- Rs. 12,500 to Rs. 15,000 (based on skills and potential)
