Location: Chennai
Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leads and connect with prospective students/clients
- Explain courses and convert leads into enrollments
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Work closely with the sales team for revenue growth
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development
- EdTech experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Any one South Indian language is an added advantage
