Job Overview
Lord Krishna Group of Companies is looking for a highly result-driven Head – Human Resources & Training to lead and transform the HR function into a performance-focused, output-driven system.
This is a strategic leadership role where the candidate will be responsible for driving productivity, accountability, and measurable performance across all departments through structured HR systems, KPI/KRA frameworks, and continuous training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1. Performance Management (KPI / KRA)
- Design and implement KPI & KRA frameworks for all roles
- Define measurable targets and track employee performance
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and rating systems
- Drive accountability and ensure outcome-based performance
- Align performance with salary, incentives, and career growth
2. Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and develop structured training programs
- Design role-based training modules and learning plans
- Conduct induction and onboarding training
- Deliver continuous training aligned with performance gaps
- Ensure training effectiveness and improvement in productivity
3. HR Systems & Process Implementation
- Develop and standardize Job Descriptions (JDs) for all roles
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance systems
- Build a result-oriented and disciplined work culture
- Improve operational efficiency across teams
4. Recruitment & Talent Management
- Hire candidates aligned with performance-driven culture
- Ensure proper role clarity, expectations, and accountability
- Build and maintain a strong organizational structure

Candidate Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in HR / Training / Organizational Development
- Mandatory experience in KPI & KRA implementation
- Strong expertise in performance management systems
- Proven experience in training, coaching, and employee development
- Industry preference: Construction / Projects / Operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
