We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting property site visits, and closing sales for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Understand customers' property requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and documentation teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property regulations.
- Attend promotional events, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.

Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or direct sales.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in selling residential or commercial properties.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
