Fashion Designer – Bespoke Luxury Fashion Brand
Baya's Nest Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Designer to join our growing team immediately.
Founded by professionals from NIFT and IIM, Baya's Nest is building a next-generation D2C bespoke fashion brand, combining cutting-edge technology, exceptional craftsmanship, and premium quality to redefine the customer experience.
Position: Fashion Designer (Full-Time)
Location: Tollygunge, Kolkata (Near Tollygunge Metro Station)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
CTC: ₹2.5–3.5 Lakhs per annum (based on experience) + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Design seasonal collections aligned with market trends and brand vision.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute new collection launches.
- Create bespoke designs based on individual client requirements and provide style consultation.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure superior quality, fit, and finishing.
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories required for seasonal collections and bespoke orders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a business-oriented approach.
- Passion for luxury, bespoke fashion, and customer experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
