Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Monitor product quality and report any issues.
- Coordinate with production workers and other departments.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Follow safety and company guidelines.
- Assist in improving productivity and reducing wastage.
Eligibility
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
