Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related technical field is mandatory. An MBA is a plus.
Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience in IT solutions sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership, team lead, or senior individual contributor role demonstrating leadership qualities.
Proven track record of successfully selling complex IT solutions such as cloud hosting, managed services, cybersecurity, data centre services, disaster recovery, or similar.
Leadership & Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets. Experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
Sales Acumen: Exceptional understanding of the sales process, strategic selling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity principles, and data centre operations. Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and articulate them clearly.
Communication & Presentation Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and formulate effective sales strategies.
CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Results-Oriented: A highly driven individual with a strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR and occasionally to other regions for client meetings, team management, and business development.
