About the Role
Luna Limited is seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This position is based in Kolkata but requires extensive travel to our manufacturing units located in different states. The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and willing to travel frequently to support HR operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR MIS.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
- Assist in grievance handling and employee relations.
- Visit factory locations to support HR initiatives and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with plant management on HR-related matters.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (HR) or MSW from a recognized institute will be preferred.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably from Manufacturing Baackground.

Essential Requirement
- Must be willing to travel extensively to our factory locations in different states as per business requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR documentation is desirable.
