We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective market strategies and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Close deals and generate revenue.
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with prospective customers
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to showcase product features and benefits
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role
- Strong communication & persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently in the market.
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary + High Incentives (Performance-Based)
