Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses and career options
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Convert leads into enrollments
- Maintain student and lead data
- Achieve admission and revenue targets
Requirements:
- 1 year to 2 years of experience as an Academic Counselor or BDE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with student-focused approach
