Role Objective
To manage end-to-end recruitment for TROVE by driving both campus hiring initiatives and regular hiring requirements, ensuring timely closure of positions with quality candidates aligned to our culture.
Key Responsibilities
Campus Recruitment
- Plan and execute campus hiring drives across colleges
- Build relationships with placement coordinators and institutions
- Conduct campus presentations, screenings, and coordination
Lateral Hiring
- Handle end-to-end hiring for sales, operations, and support roles
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
Coordination & Process Management
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and data
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience (mandatory)
- Experience in both campus and/or bulk hiring preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Kannada (mandatory)
- Currently based in Bangalore
- Ability to travel for campus and hiring activities
Preferred Profile
- Experience in retail / sales hiring
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
