Inviting applications for the role of lead Consultant - Saviynt Info Sec Engineer The L3 Saviynt Engineer is responsible foradvanced configuration customization troubleshooting and operational supportof the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. This role serves as thehighest technical support tier (L3)for Saviynt owning complex issues integrations and enhancements while working closely with security application and audit stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Saviynt Engineering & Customization (L3 Scope) - Ownendtoend Saviynt IGA configurationincluding workflows rules tasks roles and policies - Design and implementcomplex workflowsfor access requests approvals escalations So Dchecks and lifecycle events - Configure and troubleshoot Saviynt connectors(AD Azure AD LDAP databases cloud/Saa S apps Service Now etc.) - Develop and supportadvanced use casesfor Joiner Mover Leaver(JML) access certifications and role engineering - L3 support & Incident Ownership - Act as L3 escalation pointfor Saviynt production issues - Performdeepdiveroot cause analysisfor platform workflow and connector failures - Handle complex incidents data issues and performance problemsendtoend - Supportproduction deployments upgrades and hotfixes - Access Governance & Compliance - Implement and support: - Access certifications / attestation campaigns - Segregation of Duties (So D) policies - Risk scoring and compliance controls - Support SOX audit and regulatory reviewsby providing access evidence reports and remediation support - Integration & Technical Enablement - Work with application teams to onboard new systems into Saviynt - Use REST AP Is JSON and SQ Lfor integrations reporting and troubleshooting - Support data aggregation identity warehouse issues and entitlement mappings - Documentation & Knowledge Enablement - Create and maintain L3 runbooks SO Ps and technical documentation - Provide guidance and technical mentoring to L2 engineers - Participate in design reviews and recommend platform best practices - Saviynt (Must Have) - Stronghandsonexperience with Saviynt IGA: - Workflows Rules Tasks Roles - Access Request System (ARS) - Certifications & Attestation - So D& Risk Policies - Experience with Saviynt REST AP Is JSON configurations and logs - Troubleshootingexpertiseacrossconnectors jobs and workflows - IAM & Security - Strong understanding of IAM concepts: - RBAC / ABAC - Identitylifecycle(JML) - Access governance & compliance - Familiarity with enterprise security and audit expectations
