Job Title : Operations Executive – Logistics & Fulfillment | Roavion Automotive
Location : Vyttila , Kochi, Kerala
Make the chaos run on time.
Products from Thailand, Japan, Italy, and the USA. Customers across every pin code in India. Roavion Automotive (Autobacs India) needs someone to make that machine run without dropping a single order as we build the operational backbone of a company scaling toward an IPO by 2031.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end order flow sourcing to delivery to installation.
- The SOPs for fulfillment, logistics, and installation scheduling.
- Vendor and installation-partner coordination across India.
- The fire-drills. When something goes wrong at 9pm, you're already solving it.
What We Need
- 2–4 years in operations, logistics, or supply chain e-commerce or automotive a strong plus.
- High tolerance for ambiguity, low tolerance for excuses.
- Process-obsessed. You see a recurring problem and build a system so it never recurs again.
- Calm under pressure. We move fast you make sure fast doesn't mean broken.
Compensation & Details
- ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month, based on experience
- Full-time, on-site
- Reporting to Operations Lead / Founder
