About the Role
We are looking for a confident and highly communicative Sales Executive to generate new business for our Payroll Services.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential companies, reaching out to HR/Management decision-makers, explaining our payroll outsourcing services, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research new companies and potential clients for payroll services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, online research and other channels.
- Reach out to HR Managers, HR Heads, Admin Heads, Business Owners and decision-makers.
- Explain our payroll outsourcing services clearly and professionally.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into business.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and support the sales conversion process.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting and business conversion targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional while speaking with corporate clients.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to search for new business opportunities independently.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
- Freshers with a strong interest in B2B Sales / Business Development can apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year experience in Sales, Business Development, HR Consultancy, Recruitment, Payroll or Staffing will be preferred.
- Noida-based candidates preferred.
