Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and creative Hair Stylist to provide professional hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, customer service skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences
- Perform haircuts, trims, and styling as per latest trends
- Provide hair coloring, highlighting, and chemical treatments
- Recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care products
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of tools and workstation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Upsell salon services and retail products
- Stay updated with current hair trends and techniques
Eligibility / Requirements
- Certification or diploma in hairdressing / cosmetology
- Minimum 1–3 years of salon experience (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hair products, tools, and techniques
- Professional grooming and presentation

Salary Range (India)
- ₹15,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience)
