Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through calls, references, social media, and walk-in enquiries.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Meet clients to understand their interior design requirements.
- Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits.
- Coordinate with the design team for quotations and proposals.
- Present proposals and follow up for client approval.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on advance payments and outstanding dues.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update the sales tracker/CRM.
- Coordinate with the execution team after project confirmation to ensure a smooth project handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (experience in interior design, construction, or real estate is preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
