Senior Sales Representative
This position requires adaptability, client relationship management, communication, mentorship, presentation skills, problem-solving, product knowledge, sales performance analysis, sales strategy development, and team leadership for a full-time Senior Sales Representative role. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, strong closing skills, expertise in networking and prospecting, and excellent time management abilities. Preferred qualifications include proficiency with CRM tools, experience with LMS/SMS platforms, lead generation capabilities, and familiarity with Zoho. The Senior Sales Representative will conduct outbound cold calls to qualified leads, present platform services clearly and professionally, guide prospects through the onboarding process, address questions and objections within a fixed pricing structure, maintain accurate CRM records of calls and outcomes, follow up with leads to ensure smooth onboarding and conversion, and consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Proven experience in sales or outbound calling, fluent English with clear and professional communication skills, comfort working with US and Canadian clients, availability during Eastern Time business hours, goal orientation with strong closing and follow-up skills, and familiarity with CRM systems are essential. Key competencies include cold calling and lead conversion, communication and rapport building, time management and organization, a process-driven sales approach, and a results-oriented mindset. This role demands a results-driven professional capable of executing effective sales strategies and leading teams to success while maintaining high standards of client engagement and performance analysis.
