Assistant Manager (Senior Business Analyst -2)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Educational Qualifications: BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise software or product development with strong client-facing and requirement management experience.

Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand business processes, gather functional and non-functional requirements, facilitate requirement workshops, and translate business needs into clear, actionable solution requirements.

Own the end-to-end requirement lifecycle by preparing comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flows, and functional specifications with complete traceability.

Create low-fidelity wireframes, user journey maps, workflow diagrams, and collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop intuitive, user-centric designs that align with business objectives.

Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to clarify requirements, prioritize features, manage scope, and ensure successful delivery of product releases.

Drive requirement walkthroughs, backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning, UAT support, and validate delivered functionality against business requirements.

Act as the primary functional point of contact for clients during product implementation, requirement clarification, solution discussions, change requests, demonstrations, and production rollouts.

Perform business process analysis, gap analysis, impact assessment, competitive analysis, and recommend process improvements and product enhancements.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and sprint execution.

Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and drive discussions across business and technical teams.
