Job Role: Ansible Automation Developer
Experience: 7+years

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- 7+ Years of Experience in Ansible with good to have experience with Siemens Teamcenter
- Design and maintain Ansible Playbooks, Roles, and Collections for Teamcenter component installation, upgrades, patching, and configuration automation
- Develop Custom Ansible Modules & Plugins (Python-based) for Teamcenter-specific operations including TEM interactions, FSC/AWC service management, and BMIDE deployments
- Create Jinja2 Templates for Teamcenter config files (tc_profilevars, pool_manager.conf, FMS, LDAP) and implement Handlers for graceful service restarts
- Manage Static & Dynamic Inventory across Dev / Test / UAT / Prod Teamcenter tiers; maintain structured Variables & Facts hierarchies per environment
- Secure sensitive data (DB credentials, license keys, LDAP passwords) using Ansible Vault and Azure Key Vault lookup plugins
- Automate Teamcenter component stack including TcServer, FSC, AWC, Dispatcher, TEM, BMIDE, TcRA across RHEL/CentOS servers
- Deploy and manage Teamcenter infrastructure on Microsoft Azure using azure.azcollection — VMs, Azure SQL, Azure Files, networking
- Build Azure DevOps YAML Pipelines for automated playbook execution, environment promotion, and regression gates
- Use Ansible Navigator with containerized Execution Environments (Docker) for consistent, portable playbook runs
- Enforce code quality via ansible-lint, yamllint, and Molecule Testing in CI/CD gates
- Manage Linux OS prerequisites for Teamcenter: kernel parameters, ulimits, NFS mounts, systemd service units, firewall rules, and security hardening
