Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale data engineering solutions and data platforms.
- Build and optimize scalable ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and analytics solutions.
- Drive adoption of GenAI, AI/ML, and automation technologies for data processing, reporting, and business insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define data strategies and technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to data engineering teams.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across the data lifecycle.
- Implement modern SDLC practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile delivery methodologies.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project execution, and risk mitigation activities.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices in data engineering and analytics.
- Support enterprise reporting, financial analytics, and regulatory data requirements.
Requisites
- Bachelor//'s or Master//'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Data Modeling, ETL Development, and Data Warehousing.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and modern data engineering tools.
- Strong understanding of finance, investment banking, financial reporting, and analytics domains.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, AI-powered automation, and data engineering solutions.
- Experience building scalable data pipelines, enterprise analytics platforms, and reporting systems.
- Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with data governance, security, compliance, and data quality frameworks.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Apache Airflow, OLAP tools, Shell Scripting, and workflow automation is an advantage.
