1. Enhancing the sales of the company by adding the new clients.
2. Identifying new segments for existing product range.
3. Responsible for achieving the Sales target in different segments assigned by Management.
4. Understanding the market requirement.
5. Exploring the market and implementing the new ideas for maximizing the Sales output.
6. Making the customer understand the benefits and good features of our product as compared to other products.
7. Convincing the existing customers to purchase our product.
8. Recruitment of team members their reporting and training as and when required.
9. Motivating the team and ensuring the performance of the same.
10. Monitoring and drafting the policies for collection and outstanding .
11. Planning and co-coordinating for daily sales activities and team handling.
12. Prepare weekly , monthly Sales report and submit to management.
13. Developing relations with clients by coordinating with them regularly and
providing technical support.
14. Maintaining and updating Customer database.
15. Demonstrating the samples of product and procuring orders.
