We are Hiring Customer Realation Executive
Call customers post-service to collect feedback, handle complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Outbound Calling: Call customers 2–3 days after vehicle service.
- Feedback Collection: Record vehicle performance and service quality ratings.
- Complaint Handling: Log customer issues and escalate them to the Service Manager.
- Data Entry: Update daily call statuses and feedback in Excel/CRM.
- Service Reminders: Remind customers about their next due service.
Requirements
- Education: Any Degree is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong computer and system knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling or customer service (Automobile experience preferred).
- Qualities: Polite phone manners and good listening skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per hour
