About the Role:
Saraswati Group of Colleges, Punjab is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Professor / Faculty – Master of Hospital Administration (MHA).
The role requires a qualified academic professional with expertise in hospital administration, healthcare management, and teaching capabilities to mentor future healthcare leaders. The selected candidate will contribute to academic delivery, student development, curriculum planning, and institutional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions for MHA students
- Teach subjects related to hospital administration, healthcare systems, quality management, NABH, healthcare operations, and management principles
- Prepare lesson plans, academic content, and student assessments
- Guide students for projects, internships, research activities, and placements
- Participate in curriculum development and departmental initiatives
- Maintain academic records, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Support institutional events, seminars, workshops, and industry collaborations

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) / Master in Hospital & Healthcare Management / Relevant Healthcare Management Qualification
- Minimum 1–5 years of teaching / industry experience preferred
- Fresh experienced professionals with strong academic profiles may also apply
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare institutions, academia, NABH, operations, or healthcare quality management preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
