We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester who can ensure high-quality delivery across our AI-driven products, APIs, and web applications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Test web applications, dashboards, and AI-powered systems for functionality, usability, and reliability
- Perform manual testing for UI, API, and backend flows
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and bug reports
- Identify edge cases, performance issues, and workflow gaps
- Work closely with developers and AI engineers to resolve issues quickly
- Validate fixes and ensure regressions are avoided
- Test integrations such as APIs, databases, and third-party tools
- Participate in release testing and production sanity checks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Manual QA / Software Testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience testing web apps and REST APIs (Postman or similar tools)
- Ability to write clear and detailed bug reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with automation testing (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
- Knowledge of Python or JavaScript
- Experience testing AI/ML-based applications
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
